Real Estate photography cost a initial $175 2 hour non-refundable scheduling fee. This allocates two hours of photography time to your home. For the average 2000sq ft prepared home. Two hours is ample time. If the home is rather large or has special requirements that need more time please let me know. Each final image is a flat rate of $10 dollars. So to put it into perspective. You schedule me for a 2 hour real estate photoshoot. I drive out, spend two+ hours taking photography. I take 150 shots but after pre-selection and software processing, decide to only use 20 of the best photos. The final cost would be $375. As in 20x$10+$175=$375.

The Real Estate Photography Process
Please note that clear days are preferable for the best exposure for exterior shots. Late/Early hours or overcast days are best for indoor shooting.

Professional real estate photography requires the home/building/residence to be clean, pre-staged and ready for our photography services. Please ensure the house/building is ready prior to our arrival. The building must have power and ensure all lighting fixtures are working. If the owner/broker is not present then Clemson Web Design must be provided lockbox and key access.
Real Estate Photography can take up several hours depending on the home, staging, environment and the amount of rooms that need to be photographed. Once shooting is complete, it can take 1 to 2 weeks to process the images. Once processing is complete and the final invoice is paid. I’ll send you a link to download digital copies of your images. Images will be provided in large JPG format.
